NEW TEAM TRY-OUTS

Tryouts for the 2014 Season will take place September 14 and 15, 2013 with rain dates of September 21 and 22.

Returning players do not need to use the form to the right to 
pre-register using the form shown at right. You will register once you receive an email from the program.

New players need to fill out the form right to reserve your space at the try out. You will then be sent an invitation to register via email. Upon the completion of the online registration form, you will need to have a parent sign a waiver, present payment for the tryout and player fees. This is required before players can step on the field.
Forms
Important: Only those players that have not filled out an online form will need to print, complete and bring the
Registration Form with you to the try-outs.
Try-Out Preparation
Attend with your stick, goggles & mouth guard. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to process your paperwork and get a try-out number.

Conflicts
If you have a conflict on the date(s) of the tryout we ask you attend at least one of the two days, and that you contact us before the September 14th. Players should attend as much of the tryouts as possible to maximize their exposure with the evaluators. Evaluators are not associated with the NEMS program and will give evaluations solely based on player's performance.

US Lacrosse Membership
For insurance purposes, all players must have a US Lacrosse number, which is provided to you once you acquire membership with US Lacrosse. Click on the link below to obtain a US Lacrosse Membership.
Fees
At the time of the tryout, you will need to submit one check for the tryout fee ($20 for online registration, $25 for walk up registration). This fee is non-refundable. A second check (or cash) payable to NEMS will be due on the try-out date. This includes uniform and 1/2 of tournament fees. 

Important: Fall tournament fees require us to collect payment at time of try-out. Players can only try out once payment is made. The other half of tournament fees will be due and payable April 2014.

This check will only be deposited if you are offered and you accept a position on the team.

Walk-Up Registration
Players can register on the day of the tryout however the NEMS program does not suggest it due to the volume of players attending tryouts. Walk-Up registrants need to come to the tryout at least 15 minutes early and must be prepared by downloading the Registration Form below and have it completed on the day of the tryout. Tryout fee for Walk-Up players is $25.
