NEMS President Adam Grzybowski made the announcement to the NEMS Board, Coaches and Team Assistants on March, 12, 2014, saying "We are dedicated to making the NEMS program better with a girl's first approach, and today, I am excited to announce that we have taken another step towards improving the program with the addition of two positions on the NEMS team . . . We are fortunate to bring these two talented individuals on board to improve our players skills and the program".
