NEW TEAM TRY-OUTS

Tryouts for the 2014/2015 Season will take place September 13 and 14, 2014 with tentative rain dates of September 20 and 21.

Registration: 1:00 - 2:00pm
Tryouts: 2:00 - 4:00pm

Registration: 3:00 - 4:00pm

It's now time to register for tryouts. New and returning players can register online now by simply clicking the button below.
Online registration will take place now thru September 6th. If you miss the online registration process, please review the Walk-Up Registration section below.

Upon the completion of the online registration form, you will receive a confirmation email. Print the confirmation email and bring it with you on September 13th. While the online form shortens the registration process, parent's MUST sign a waiver, present payment for the tryout and player fees. This is required on September 13th, before players can step on the field. 
Please arrive at least 30-60 minutes early.
US Lacrosse Membership
For insurance purposes, all players must have a US Lacrosse number, which is provided to you once you acquire membership with US Lacrosse. Click on the link below to obtain a US Lacrosse Membership.
Walk-Up Registration
Players can register on the day of the tryout however the NEMS program does not suggest it due to the volume of players attending tryouts. Walk-Up registrants need to come to the tryout at least 30-60 minutes early and must be prepared by downloading the Registration Form below and have it completed on the day of the tryout. Tryout fee for Walk-Up players is $35.

2014 Fall - 2015 Summer Season Fees
Tournament fees require us to collect payment at time of try-out. Players can only try-out once payment is made. 

At the time of the tryout, you will need to submit one check for the try-out fee ($25 for online registration, $35 for walk up registration). This fee is non-refundable. A second check (or cash) payable to NEMS will be due on the try-out date. This includes uniform and 1/2 of player fees (see below). 

The other half of tournament fees will be due and payable on or before March 1, 2015.

Uniform FeesAll NEW Players: $70 due at Tryouts for traditional NEMS uniform to be worn Fall 2014 season; thereafter, it becomes practice uniform.

ALL Players (new and returning) will pay an additional fee (amount TBD) which is due by March 1st for the NEW 2015 NEMS uniforms, worn beginning Summer, 2015.

Player & uniform fees are refundable in the event you are not offered or do not accept a position on a team within 10 days of the offer being made. Tryout fees are non-refundable.

Try-Out Preparation
Attend with your stick, goggles & mouth guard. Please arrive 30-60 minutes early to allow time to process your paperwork and get a try-out number.

Conflicts
If you have a conflict on the date(s) of the tryout we ask you attend at least one of the two days, and that you contact us before September 12th. Players should attend as much of the tryouts as possible to maximize their exposure with the evaluators. Evaluators are not associated with the NEMS program and will give evaluations solely based on player's performance.
